Buggy "Refresh" makes app virtually useless

Great UI in principle, but
1) "Refresh" often doesnt work or at least not happen automatically... App shows what my cards looked like days or weeks ago when I last used it... and no warning symbol or error message :-/.
2) there should be a much simpler way to archive several (not all) cards in a list
