HIGHLY recommend.
We use trello for our yearbook staff to organize tasks. Its great that you can individually assign cards within teams, as well as see the history on each board to see what certain people have (or havent) done. I also used it to complete my college apps, as I could create boards for each app and see exactly what needed to be done.
