Its great but privacy issues

This app is really great to get organized and keep track of almost anything! But there is no way to reject an invitation when random people across the world starts to add you to groups and boards. Its strange to see this in my notification pane! I dont even know them and it bothers me that I cant even change it. Only setting I can modify is frequency of notification. Whats the use of this if I cant reject a notification or if Im not the right person? Infact, even after I unsubscribe 2-3 times from my email notifications, I continued to receive them. Some in a different language! I logged in to the web and requested to never send just because your system doesnt work otherwise. Any ways, if you can fix this issue I will change my review.
