Trello: organize anything! App Reviews

This app has been wonderfully helpful in helping me keep thoughts and action Items organized. With Trello, I can keep track of my Graduate School assignments, full time teaching work, and both of my side businesses! I thoroughly enjoy my newfound ability to map out my plans for the future, and to collaborate with my peers and business partners with ease. Thank you Trello team for making this app free! Id go gold if it were just a flat fee!

I think other reviewers for this version may be confused...overall excellent app. Smooth synchronization, drag and drop functionality, and feature full based on the web-based version. It absolutely synchronizes with iCloud Drive (a previous reviewer said it did not, so make sure you have your iCloud Drive enabled). You can also delete a card (archive it, then a delete option pops up...again a previous reviewer said this wasnt possible). I havent tried the widget, but even if one does not exist, I would give this app 5 stars...and not a 1 star review like a previous reviewer, given that the primary app and functionality is 95% of what were reviewing. This app is something I use for my entire family and extended family to (using multiple teams and boards) keep track of chore lists, goals, vacation planning, etc. Definitely a 5 star app and hope the people at Trello keep up the good work!!

This update is very glitchy. You cant edit descriptions in cards and you cant edit card titles once youve made them. Please fix these bugs!

This app really makes work much more organized. Even though my team is small we still needed something to have structure and this app does it well. Hopefully there will be better features down the future.

Used to be my favorite app, for months it has not been able to edit in the mobile version. Now I need to find a new app that does everything Trello used to do, how annoying.

I made the mistake of updating, now it crashes upon opening the app. Ironically, it didnt before, and fixing this issue is what is described in the release notes.

Used to manage a number of workflows - at home, church, work and in community. This app is incredible. I use daily on iPhone 6 and have zero issues. Keep up the good work!

Great app. I recently started a company called Pakamai, and I needed a way for my team to be in different places physically, but connected mentally. My CTO recommended trello, its easy, intuitive, and exactly the kind of app any entrepreneur could use. I tip my hat to you guys. You got one for sure.

I really want to love this app, but its not updating across devices like it should. Thats a real problem when you need to jump up from you computer and finish something on mobile later. Tasks show up as duplicates or not at all. I cant trust it to keep my information right and for this type of tool, that is paramount.

Great concept, bad execution

Great app, very useful and can organize pretty much anything. Some pretty inconvenient things about this app: you cannot delete lists or boards; you can only archive them. To me, that is a major flaw.

I use this app for every transaction, I have a buyers board and a sellers board that I just copy for each transaction. Clients love it, they see the process from start to finish and can follow along as each step becomes do and is completed. Also easy for lender to grab any docs he/she may need. Highly recommend this for anyone who has repetitive tasks that need to be tracked by multiple people.

This app became a real disappointment for me. Alas I havent read the reviews before downloading it.

Great app. Most of the functionality of the browser version. However, Im using the custom fields power up feature and not only can I not use it in the app, the information doesnt even show up. This makes my client pipeline board nearly useless in the app when working on my iPad pro. Major issue for me and likely others. Happy to bump back up to 5 stars if you can fix this.

Good mobile version, but needs a way to log into multiple accounts and switch between.

Its one of the worst apps Ive ever used. Its rocket science to use in really bad way, completely idiotic design. Totally thoughtless execution. Frustrating to use.

Trello is the perfect tool for collaborative project management. I have set up teams for my production crew, my non profit, my family, and my personal projects - and each has a multitude of boards and lists. I have it synced with iCal, so it keeps me organized. All of our project assets are organized in one place, and we can keep communication flowing. No more email!!!

I love trello and think the iOS app is very easy to use. The one problem I get is that I can not edit anything a lot of the time because it doesnt recognize me. Im signed in but sometimes it wont load my boards or locks me from Editting at all.

Idea of this app os amazing but there are some difficults with iCloud sync. The process is too complicated for me..

Its mind blowing how useful Trello is (both service and the app on phone/iPad) Great for visualizing where youre at on many projects. After decades of text-based lists, the spatial part of trello is a real breakthrough. The app itself is slick and easy to pick up. Fun but not crazy with animations. Love it!
